1.1. These rules apply to all resources supported by the elcardia-mmorpg.org project team: Game server, forum, social media communities, and messengers;
1.2. The project team reserves the right to make changes to the rules without prior notice to players;
1.3. A member of the project team reserves the right to independently choose sanctions against a user (player) for violating the project rules;
1.4. The project team reserves the right to suspend access to the master account, game account, and player character without explanation;
1.5. Posted links to third-party sources are also moderated, and if the content on the third-party source violates the project rules, the author who posted the link may face sanctions according to point 9;
2.1. Threats towards the project team are prohibited;
2.2. It is prohibited to publish correspondence with the project team without prior agreement;
2.3. Deception or attempted deception of the project team (providing knowingly false information) is prohibited;
2.4. At any time, a player has the right to request the administration to delete all data from the server, including characters and accounts;
2.5. For the security of the project and the safety of user accounts, we do not publish information about server IP addresses;
2.6. The project team does not interfere with the game process, except in cases of rule violations, planned events, and force majeure circumstances;
2.7. The project team reserves the right not to investigate cases of item loss from characters if the account owner shared account data with third parties;
3.1. The account owner is solely responsible for their account, especially when sharing account data (providing login information to third parties);
3.2. The account owner is solely responsible for the safety of characters and items, except in cases of force majeure circumstances described in point 8.2;
3.3. To protect the safety of items on a character, the .ipro command is provided - if it was not activated and the owner shared their login and password with third parties, the project team is not obligated to investigate cases of item loss;
3.4. The account owner is fully responsible for all actions taken from their account;
3.5. All accounts belonging to one player may be subject to sanctions for rule violations on any one of them;
3.6. Accounts or characters inactive for more than 60 days may be deleted without the possibility of recovery;
4.1. When registering, creating, or changing a character name and/or nickname, the use of reserved words: GM, Admin, ADM, Support, Administrator is prohibited;
4.2. It is prohibited to impersonate a member of the elcardia-mmorpg.org team or a trusted representative of the project administration;
4.3. Obscene, provocative, or offensive names and/or titles are prohibited;
5.1. Statements that may damage the project's reputation are prohibited;
5.2. The dissemination of false information about the elcardia-mmorpg.org project is prohibited;
5.3. Explicit or implicit advertising of other online games and/or projects is prohibited;
5.4. Any manifestations of racism and nationalism are prohibited;
5.5. Any political statements and/or political agitation are prohibited;
5.6. The use of the symbols "Z", "V", "O" in the context of supporting military actions is prohibited;
5.7. The use of fascist symbols is prohibited;
5.8. Public distribution of items in the context of leaving the project is prohibited;
5.9. Threats towards players, unless related to the game process, are prohibited;
5.10. Calls to leave the project are prohibited;
5.11. The use of obscene language, personal attacks, and insults towards family members are prohibited;
5.12. Flood and spam are prohibited;
6.1. Any form of automation of the game process is prohibited: The use of third-party software and/or peripheral device macros, third-party files, and game client modifications;
6.2. The use of game bugs is prohibited. Upon discovering any, the player must report them to the project team by contacting technical support;
7.1. Any fraudulent actions aimed at obtaining funds or property from another player are prohibited;
7.2. It is prohibited to use game flaws during trading, such as texture similarities, item removal during trade, etc.;
7.3. The purchase/sale of in-game valuables for real money (RMT) or other non-game valuables or services is prohibited. Only the Marketplace within the game is allowed;
7.4. Exchanges between servers/other games of any in-game items (adena, weapons, armor, resources, etc.) are prohibited. Trading game characters and/or accounts is prohibited in any form, including within one server. Mentioning or discussing such transactions in the game, on the forum, or on third-party resources is prohibited;
8.1. DDOS attack on the server. In this case, the administration reserves the right to reschedule any event to another day, and will immediately notify players by announcing it in the game chat;
8.2. Emergency cases in the data center;
8.3. Cases of item theft from epic bosses during clan events (Antharas, Queen Ant, Baium, Beleth, Core, Orfen, Valakas). The project team reserves the right to return items to the clan leader who closed the raid. Item search is carried out in the logs by ObjectId;
9.1. Blocking the violator's accounts from accessing the game server, forum, and communities on social networks and messengers;
9.2. Blocking access to the server by HWID/IP;
9.3. Deleting the account and/or character;
9.4. Blocking the game chat, including by HWID;
9.5. Deleting items from a character;
9.6. Temporarily restricting character actions;
10.1. The presence of one account block may be grounds for blocking all other accounts of the violator, regardless of their registration date;
10.2. A block on one of the elcardia-mmorpg.org project resources may be grounds for blocking on all other project resources: Game server, forum, communities on social networks and messengers;
10.3. A player who receives a block has the right to file an appeal - it will be reviewed by the project team in the order received, and a decision will be made at the discretion of the support staff;
11.1 Depositing funds into the personal account balance is voluntary and non-refundable.
Refunds are possible only in cases where the project administration gives consent or in other force majeure circumstances;
11.2. Delivery to the personal account balance occurs automatically within 15 seconds.
If your funds were debited but not credited to the balance, go to your personal account and check the balance;
11.3 By using the personal account balance, the user loses the right to any refunds;
11.4 By making a payment, you agree to comply with the rules of our project.
